01<@Ardweden> [Hien steps out the door and, upon crossing the boundary, feels 
an *incredible* urge to wake up.  But she resists, and she ends up on the street 
outside of the pizza place.]

 01<@Ardweden> [It looks... exactly the same.  Nothing's on fire, even.  Except 
that above her is the screeching of a very large, circling black raven.]
<Hien> Now for everyone else to get out... ooh, crap.
 06* Hien looks at the raven. "We are trying. I'm just not exactly eager to be 
on fire again."
 01<@Ardweden> [The raven flies down to land on a light pole, and it stares at 
her with its glowing red eyes.]
 06* Hien stares back, although her eyes don't glow. "Don't give me that look. 
You started it."
 01<@Ardweden> [The raven snorts.  Who knew ravens could snort.  And it looks 
back at the pizzaria, where Joan's half-carrying the taller Kali out.]
 01<@Ardweden> [Both Kali and Joan feel tired and awake at the same time, 
suddenly wanting to wake up as they cross through the doorway, but they resist.  
The street outside looks exactly the same; nothing's on fire, and Hien may have 
been talking to a particular raven perched on the lightpost.]
 06* Kali clutches her head and stumbles to her knees as she gets out of the 
pizzaria, her lungs instinctively wanting to cough even though it was imaginary 
fire and probably no smoke.
 06* Kali turns back to look at the pizzaria. "I'ma kill that bastard..."
<Hien> The others are coming?
 06* Joan ignores the feeling for the moment. And the raven, for that matter, 
folding her arms and glancing back towards the pizzaria thoughtfully. "Now we 
can plan our next move, oui?"
 06* Kali sighs and closes her eyes, rubbing her fingers through her hair and 
sitting crosslegged on the cobbles. "Where's Puck?"
<Hien> I haven't seen him.  Just the Raven.
 01<@Ardweden> [Susano-O walks through the doorway, flames still licking his 
armor.  He feels a sudden urge to wake up, both tired and wired at the same 
time, but he resists and steps into a street that looks just as they left it, 
plus one raven staring down at him from a lightpost.]
 06* Kali keeps rubbing her hair. "Dammit. I don't even know why I stuck my ass 
on the line for that bastard anyway. It never pays off."
 06* Susano-o sucks in a breath of the cooler air, and looks around as the Imp 
comes out. "Not enough rain."
 06* Imp appears next to Susano-O. He takes a few quick breaths before looking 
"macho" again.
 06* Kali looks at Imp coldly. "Any more bright ideas, genius?"
 01<@Ardweden> [The raven flies down and flaps in Imp's face, screeching, then 
flies around in a circle, screeching at the lot of you.  And man, can it 
screech.]
<Imp> Look it was doing SOMETHING other then standing around eat... look you 
stupid bird, I just lost a friend and I'm not against KFC right now so SHUT UP 
and don't rub salt in the wound.
 06* Joan eyes the bird. "Zat is most productive."
 06* Susano-o looks guilty.
 06* Hien eyes the Raven. "Just shut the hell up. Seriously."
<Kali> Fuck you. If you didn't notice, I was *trying* to do something. But you 
had to but your fool head in and be an asshole.
<Kali> I don't even *like* you and your shitty friends and I'm trying, okay?
 01<@Ardweden> [The Raven flies right down and snaps with its beak at Imp's 
wing.  It's flapping so furiously that some feathers are even flying off.]
<Imp> Ouch FUCK! what do you want? I'm listening
 06* Hien eyes the door. "I guess he wasn't angry enough to follow us?"
 06* Kali mutters, folding her bottom burnt arms around her waist. "Ain't gonna 
do no good following if you're dead..."
<Kali> (*butt)
 01<@Ardweden> [The raven hovers in front of Imp for a moment, making sure it 
has his attention, then flies down to land on the pavement.  It opens its mouth, 
makes a cawing sound, then closes its mouth again, looking about as annoyed as a 
bird could possibly be.]
 06* Kali sighs and rubs her head. "You have an idea? One caw for yes. Two caws 
for no."
 06* Imp looks like he's about to scream the feathers off the raven, but 
deflates completely when Kali speaks up first.
 01<@Ardweden> [It blinks, then shifts onto one foot then another, and caws.  
And blinks at Kali.]
 01<@Ardweden> (+again!)
<Kali> Okay. Can you scratch words? Like in sand or something?
 06* Susano-o blinks with surprise, and looks to watch the Raven.
 01<@Ardweden> [It shifts feet again, and caws.]
 06* Kali nods and tries to imagine up a park nearby.
 01<@Ardweden> [Nothing happens.]
 06* Kali frowns. "I guess this is too close to his dream for us to imagine 
something that isn't here..."
 06* Kali turns back to the Raven. "Do you know where a park is or something?"
<Joan> Joan snickers. "Else we could just imagine up flame-retardant gear, non?"
 06* Kali deadpans. "Yeah. That'd be helpful, thanks."
 01<@Ardweden> [The Raven caws, and spreads its wings, taking to the air again.  
It hovers there to see if any of you follow before flying off.]
 06* Susano-o definitely makes to follow it.
 06* Imp will follow avoiding looking at Kali.
 06* Kali stands up. Slowly. And eyes the Raven. "Come on." She moves to follow 
it, port jumping along the way.
 06* Joan watches the Raven go, then sighs and follows. "Zis ees not how I 
imagined zis buisness to be."
 06* Hien follows the Raven and everyone else.
