Appearance and Personality

Raseem is a tall man of dark complexion and short, black hair. While he is clearly adept at combat, he is of a lean build more favorable towards sneaking in and out of tight spaces. He generally wears loose-fitting clothing of dark neutral colors. At gatherings, he often stays in the shadows as a matter of caution.

Raseem is also cautious in his leadership role. He favors compartmentalizing information, never explaining the entire mission to any one person. If asked about this practice, Raseem will explain that this both protects each agent from responsibility and stops their conscience (or personal agendas) from getting in the way of the larger plan.

History

Raseem's cautious nature means that he lets very little of his history become public knowledge, so very little is known about him. What is known is that he was born in Byzantium in 600 B.C. and met his sire Tegyrius there in 580 B.C. There are tales of Raseem surfacing throughout the east where he founded several assassin's guilds. Then, around 100 A.D., he is seen traveling through Europe with a small group of Assamites who settle temporarily in Greece.

He came to Britain around 1100 A.D. and established an assassin's guild in London under the guise of a Mercenary's guild called the Order of the Rising Blade, which is perpetually "Not Accepting New Contracts" in order to deter Mortal patrons.
